About Us

Smile Stations delivers the open software platform for point of care education, communication, advertising, and merchandising by creating a very unique ecosystem to serve consumers, dentists, insurance companies, employers, and retailers.

Our Founders

Dr. Omid Mehdipour and Nazar Kamangar founded Smile Stations in 2015 to bridge the digital and mobile gap that exists in many dental practices across the country. This gap envelopes missed opportunities for dental offices and organizations to share information and resources, and answer questions for their patients with simplicity and accuracy.

These two believe in creating a powerful platform for dental offices to engage with their patients and, as a result, encourage more people to stay on top of their oral health, learn about available products and services, and ultimately create improved oral health.

Nazar Kamangar

Nazar Kamangar has been passionate about technology for most of her life. She has constantly seen the potential technology offers for businesses and recognized a significant gap within the healthcare industry with regard to digital information.

She thrives in the digital information and education realms and strives to help businesses gain better access to the most accurate information that matters to them most.

Nazar earned her MBA from St. Mary’s College and used her knowledge and skills to benefit several multinational corporations. She has also helped small to mid-size businesses grow through digital technology and other advanced marketing opportunities.

Dr. Omid Mehdipour

Co-Founder


Dr. Omid Mehdipour approaches his business strategy from the perspective that everyone — man, woman, child, teenager, or adult — has the right to a beautiful, healthy smile. He is passionate about utilizing technology for dental efficiency, productivity, and creative marketing, and this is what sets him apart from others in his field.

After graduating from Dental school with Honors in 1994 and practicing dentistry for a number of years, Dr. Mehdipour attended Howard Unirversity’s College of Dentistry. He completed his post-doctoral in Orthodontics in the Year 2007 from the University of Colorado, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Mehdipour continues his professional development by continuing to study and has been published in a number of leading professional journals. He has received numerous awards and honors and is a member in good standing of the American Association of Orthodontics.
